I was thinking...

'Person' and 'Persona'... as I read a blog of a novelist few days ago, he posted a question. I cant really remember exactly what's the question but I still can recall what he's trying to ask. He said: person was origin from the Latin word 'persona' which mean mask and he asked are we who we are or are we the mask that we are wearing that meant to fit politically or socially in the society that we live. I answered him that time because I just feel like want to voice out that moment. I gave a illustration on Thomas Edison and his invention, now recap I don't think my answer is a wise one.

First I must admit that often time I do persona. To not letting people I respect down, to least their worries, to be the person that might have had been in their mind or perhaps to be self-defence. Different one might have different reasons and there is no judgemental for any reason. However I do have rule on persona.. like there must be no persona in my relationship with my family. I don't know why but I am always sensible enough to know whenever they are persona to me or not and I find it offensive when they do. of cause I will not just blow out like that but I will try to consider and figure what's the reason behind the persona. The persona must be stop if want to maintain the quality of trust in each other.
